- prior experience cooking in a senior living or healthcare environment preferred
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
- strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- prepare and order food according to nutritional guidelines and community standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
- monitor inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock
- collaborate with dining services manager to plan menus and special meals
- provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
- assist with training new kitchen staff
