Job Duties
- Manage food production for client and staff
- assure food quality standards and cost targets in meal preparation
- prepare meals following established guidelines and supervision of Executive Chef
- maintain commercial kitchen cleanliness and protocol
- set up plating line for serving
- perform special and ad hoc duties as requested by Executive Chef
