Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related safety protocols as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Knowledge of full scratch kitchen operations
  • Ability to prepare dishes accurately and efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and service
  • Ability to work early morning shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare breakfast dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Ensure food safety and proper handling of ingredients
  • Interact warmly and professionally with residents and guests
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to deliver timely service
  • Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
  • Adapt to menu changes and special dietary requirements
