Job Requirements
- One to two years of cook experience
- Ability to work full-time schedule including rotating weekends
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Physical ability to operate kitchen equipment and perform cleaning tasks

- 1-2 years of cook experience required

Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records
- Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and food ordering as required
- Reports maintenance issues and attends safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and management
- Performs job safely and maintains a clean work environment
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and follows HACCP standards
- Abides by all company safety policies including the use of protective gloves and proper lifting techniques
- Performs other duties as assigned
