Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical stamina to stand for long periods
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- strong sense of urgency and time management
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Treat every guest as a guest in your own home
- Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations
- Maintain backup supplies
- Preparing food items for the shift
- Preparing utensils, fryers and grill for shift
- Receiving orders from waitstaff on handwritten tickets or computerized system
- Memorize our menu
- Accurately prepare food orders as stated in training material
- Accurately plate food orders as stated in training material
- Cook food orders according to health and safety standards
- Handle multiple food orders at one time
- Monitor multiple food orders as new orders arrive
- Ensure each guest order has the correct food and sides
- Deliver food order to waitstaff in a timely manner
- Store all food properly
- Sanitize and clean work stations and utensils
- Assist other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
- Comply with health regulations
- Maintain regular cleaning standards and sanitation levels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to withstand a full shift while standing
- Work efficiently and be a self-starter
- Retain self-composure
- Possess a sense of urgency and timing
- Willing and able to follow instructions
- Work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Willing to work unpredictable hours
