Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow company recipes and presentation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare quality food for guests to Islands' recipes, builds and presentation standards
- Maintain clean, safe and organized storage and work areas and assist with stocking and rotating product to ensure freshness
- Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment and follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Participate in Islands Culture of Respect that promotes inclusion among all employees
- Assist in supporting a fast-paced kitchen environment to ensure guest satisfaction
