Job Requirements
- Prior culinary experience required
- Ability to work full-time on rotational schedules
- Willingness to work offshore or remote locations
- Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Must comply with company policies including proper use of protective equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cooking and kitchen maintenance
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Must be able to work 2-4 weeks on and 1-4 weeks off rotations

- Prior culinary experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
- Ability to follow standardized recipes accurately
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Competent in operating kitchen equipment
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work rotational schedules
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
- Previous offshore or remote site experience preferred
Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records from service periods
- Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Stores or discards excess food safely according to food-handling procedures
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and ensures proper food storage
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Commits personally to safety and adheres to company policies regarding the use of protective equipment and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
