Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service role
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Good physical stamina
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation and cooking
- Knowledge of nutritional standards and dietary restrictions
- Ability to maintain kitchen sanitation and safety
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Work closely with the Dining Services Manager to coordinate food ordering and preparation
- Ensure food is prepared in a nutritional and appetizing fashion
- Maintain supplies and kitchen equipment
- Adhere to kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Monitor food quality and portion control
- Assist in training and supporting kitchen staff
