- previous experience in cooking or food preparation
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
- good physical stamina
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- good interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- manage food ordering and inventory
- prepare meals in a nutritional and appetizing manner
- maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- collaborate with Dining Services Manager to plan menus
- ensure timely delivery of meals to residents
- maintain supplies and equipment in good condition
- provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
