- minimum one year cooking experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow recipes and dietary requirements
- strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- culinary education preferred
- minimum one year cooking experience
- experience with quantity cooking
- experience with modified diets preferred
Job Duties
- create delicious meals using chef-approved recipes
- work alongside culinary leaders including chefs and directors
- support specialized diets meeting modified diet plans
- maintain high standards of food quality and portion control
- practice proper sanitation and waste control
- ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment
