Job Duties
- prepare quality food according to Islands recipes, builds and presentation standards
- maintain clean, safe and organized storage and work areas
- assist with stocking and rotating products to ensure freshness
- operate and maintain all kitchen equipment
- follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
- participate in Islands culture of respect promoting inclusion among employees
