Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with Oakmont Management Group's vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE policies as required for COVID-19 or other communicable diseases
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook in full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Passion for creating exceptional food experiences
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Prepare cooked food items from scratch using fresh ingredients
- Ensure timely execution of quality dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations

- Collaborate with kitchen team to develop seasonal menus
