Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with Oakmont Management Group's vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE policies as required for COVID-19 or other communicable diseases

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook in full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Passion for creating exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare cooked food items from scratch using fresh ingredients
  • Ensure timely execution of quality dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Interact professionally and warmly with residents and staff
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to develop seasonal menus
  • Adhere to food safety and health regulations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of culinary services
