Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalency
- One to three years experience in restaurant food preparation and cashiering
- Able to obtain Food Handler's permit
- Valid class "C" driver's license from Texas Department of Public Safety
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Job Duties
- Perform complex food preparation work
- Conduct entry level routine cashier responsibilities
- Prepare, season, and cook food
- Maintain inventories and records of food consumption
- Compile and tabulate data, check documents for accuracy and maintain files
- Inspect food preparation equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas for sanitary conditions
- Assist in recommending improvements for kitchen operations and review menus
