Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate job-related needs
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work scheduled hours Monday through Sunday mornings
  • Warm, friendly personality and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Combination of education and experience in culinary arts or hospitality
  • Experience working in a hotel kitchen is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service
  • Prepare menu items with attention to detail and quality
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Demonstrate a warm, professional demeanor that reflects the company culture
