Job Requirements
- Previous cook and/or food service experience required
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work full time Monday through Sunday from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Willingness to comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Commitment to personal and team safety

Job Qualifications
- Previous cook and/or food service experience
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and safety guidelines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations including HACCP
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Basic record keeping and inventory management skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and attractive
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records
- Cleans kitchen areas and maintains high standards of cleanliness
- Stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- Helps in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- Reports equipment maintenance needs or accidents immediately
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and managers
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
- Follows HACCP standards
- Personal commitment to safety
- Abides by company policies including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
