Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience is helpful but not mandatory
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions

  • Ability to handle kitchen equipment such as fryers and ovens safely

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience is desirable

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipe standards
  • Assist cashier and packline operator as needed
  • Ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
  • Maintain accurate cooking and holding times for chicken and sides
  • Keep cabinets stocked with fresh products
  • Properly discard food waste
  • Follow company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
  • Maintain clean kitchen and store environment
  • Wash dishes during slow periods
  • Heat or prep side dishes for the current or next day
