Job Duties

Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe
Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions made on proper form
Clean and maintains a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areas
Comply with state sanitation codes
Maintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriately
Ensure that resident food preferences are known and followed
