Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a cooking or food preparation role preferred

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare daily meals following provided menus and recipes
- Ensure food preparation meets health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food storage areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely meal service
- Employ puree, ground, and chopped techniques for special diet patients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area with the assistance of others
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new techniques
