- Ability to follow directions and recipe instructions accurately

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is beneficial
- Ability to read and follow basic recipes

- Ability to work varying shifts and flexibility in scheduling
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform food waste reduction and sustainable cooking practices
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
