Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a full scratch kitchen or similar culinary environment
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes from scratch using seasonal and local ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Collaborate with culinary team to design and execute menus
  • Ensure timely and efficient food preparation during service
  • Communicate effectively with residents and team members to enhance dining experience
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities
