Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- serves meals using correct portioning and maintaining outlined standards
- cleans kitchen and maintains high standards of cleanliness
- stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- reports maintenance or equipment issues to supervisor immediately
