Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cooking experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
- Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Check ingredient quality and freshness
- Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, measured quantities, and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busy periods
