Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years of experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with Oakmont Management Group COVID-19 related health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Ability to execute dishes flawlessly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Passion for service and creating exceptional food presentations
Job Duties
- Prepare and execute full scratch kitchen meals using seasonal and local ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and kitchen areas
- Collaborate with team members to create high-quality dining experiences
- Engage in direct interactions with residents and guests to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
