Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination and use of PPE as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to execute flawless dishes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional food and hospitality experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Prepare breakfast dishes according to menu specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of orders
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and standards
- Support seasonal menu changes and ingredient preparations
- Collaborate with culinary team to maintain high food quality and presentation
