Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year cooking experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Job Qualifications
- Culinary education preferred
- Minimum one year cooking experience
- Experience with quantity cooking
- Experience with modified diets preferred
Job Duties
- Create delicious meals using chef-approved recipes
- Work alongside culinary leaders including chefs and food & beverage directors
- Support specialized diets through preparation of modified meal plans
- Maintain high standards by monitoring food quality and managing portions
- Practice smart and clean cooking by following sanitation and waste control practices
