Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate effectively
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work early morning shifts Monday to Sunday

- Experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure food safety and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team including Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Manage timely food preparation and service
- Uphold a warm, professional demeanor consistent with company culture
- Assist in inventory management and kitchen supply monitoring
