Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and or move up to 30 lbs
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties
  • For all California positions: responsible beverage service certification required (can be completed during training and up to 60 days after start date)

Job Qualifications

  • Previous server or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu helpful
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
  • Have extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu and recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders
  • Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments following Outback standards and check orders for accuracy with guests
  • Work as a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed
  • Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts
