Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties
- For all California positions: responsible beverage service certification required (can be completed during training and up to 60 days after start date)
Job Qualifications
- Previous server or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu helpful
- Team-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
- Have extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu and recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders
- Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments following Outback standards and check orders for accuracy with guests
- Work as a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts
