Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 to 5 years experience in a fast-paced cooking environment
- Food Handlers Card valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
- Ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness
- Ability to use personal protective equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 to 5 years experience working all stations on a fast-paced line
- Basic knowledge of cooking equipment including startup and maintenance
- Familiarity with food safety procedures
- Ability to multitask and focus on guest satisfaction
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills a plus
- Demonstrated teamwork, trustworthiness, and passion for cooking
Job Duties
- Work all stations on a fast-paced cooking line
- Set up, stock, cook and present dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes
- Use only fresh high-quality ingredients when preparing recipes
- Display the proper recipe on the monitor during preparation and cooking
- Follow recipe adherence for all items produced
- Maintain food safety procedures and cleanliness of equipment, utensils, and tools
- Use personal protective equipment appropriately and adhere to safety guidelines
- Demonstrate knowledge of cooking equipment operation, maintenance, cleaning, and repair
- Keep workstation clean and organized
- Alert chef team of product, equipment, or food safety concerns
- Focus on guest satisfaction and multitasking
- Communicate effectively in English, Spanish a plus
- Exhibit trust, passion, humility, and team spirit
