Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- two years restaurant or experience as an institutional cook preparing large quantities of food preferred
- ability to effectively communicate verbal and written forms of English
- ability to follow company and department policies, procedures and directives
- ability to prioritize and multitask
- ability to be at work and be on time
- ability to interact in a positive and constructive manner

- two years restaurant or experience as an institutional cook preparing large quantities of food preferred
- some post high school culinary arts training preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Be at work and be on time
- follow company and department policies, procedures and directives
- interact in a positive and constructive manner
- prioritize and multitask
- prepare quantity foods for patients, cafeteria, catering, and doctor’s dining room, follow cook's preparation methods according to standardized recipes
- set up and serve hot food on patient tray line according to patient tray tickets
- follow HACCP guidelines for all steps of food production, Title 22 and JCAHO regulations for food storage, safety and sanitation
