Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum one year cooking experience in restaurant, senior living or equivalent
- Ability to adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of nutritional and dietary program compliance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willingness to engage positively with senior residents
- Vaccination status verification as required

- Minimum of one year restaurant, senior living or equivalent cooking experience
Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and operational organization
- Be responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance and presentation standards
- Produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional and dietary criteria
- Exhibit cooking standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production
- Assist with serving meals and ware washing as necessary
- Visit residents periodically to evaluate food service quality, quantity, temperature and appearance
- Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner
- Support creating a culture where business decisions and employee engagement drive top-line revenue and occupancy
