Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to effectively communicate with others
  • commitment to making a positive impact
  • physical ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
  • capability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • ability to work in hot and damp environments
  • ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
  • capacity to frequently wash hands using disinfecting soap
  • ability to speak clearly and listen attentively

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment beneficial
  • basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks rapidly

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
  • communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly
  • assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • handle kitchen equipment safely and appropriately
  • support training and mentoring of new kitchen staff
