Job Duties
- prepare meals that meet individual dietary needs of veteran residents
- prepare special event meals as required
- ensure high quality of prepared food items
- provide excellent service to veteran residents
- maintain safety and sanitation within the Dietary Services Department
- follow food preparation, sanitation, and hygienic practices
- collaborate with dietary team for efficient kitchen operations
