Job Requirements

  • DOH accreditation or Safe Serve Certified
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to follow instructions carefully

Job Duties

  • Contributes positively to team environment
  • Understands and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen procedures
  • Prepares, cooks and assembles food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • Collaborates with front of house to ensure accurate and timely food orders
  • Preps ingredients for peak trade and meets 10-minute ticket times
  • Builds relationships and communicates effectively with kitchen and front of house teams
  • Follows food safety regulations, stores food properly and plans production to preserve quality
  • Maintains clean and hygienic workstations
  • Reports equipment and food quality issues promptly
  • Completes kitchen closing procedures
  • Receives and unpacks food and kitchen deliveries
