Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food production or kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Passing a drug test
- Participation in health screenings such as tuberculosis and physical evaluation
- Compliance with applicable vaccination mandates

Job Duties
- Ensure proper, timely, and safe preparation and service of food according to established recipes
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation requirements
- Maintain a safe and orderly kitchen environment
- Manage food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
- Collaborate with team members to meet dietary needs of residents
- Monitor kitchen inventory and supplies
- Assist in training and supporting kitchen staff
