Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- food handlers card for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
- 2 to 5 years experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- ability to work all cooking stations
- ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
- commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
- ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years experience working on a fast-paced line covering all stations
- basic knowledge of cooking equipment operation and maintenance
- ability to adhere strictly to recipes and quality standards

Job Duties
- prepare and cook food items according to Lazy Dog recipes
- ensure all ingredients used are fresh and of high quality
- maintain proper recipe adherence during food preparation
- set up and stock cooking stations with necessary products
- clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and tools
- follow food safety procedures and use personal protective equipment
- communicate any product, equipment, or food safety concerns to the chef team
- maintain a clean and organized workstation
- demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment operation and maintenance
- work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- build lasting relationships with team members based on trust and respect
- demonstrate basic English and/or Spanish communication skills
