Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to operate kitchen equipment such as deep fryers and ovens
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- ability to follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- ability to use internet and apps helpful
- familiarity with MS Word and Internet Explorer beneficial
- good communication skills
- able to follow instructions and company procedures
- team player with positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and food safety standards
- assist cashier and packline operator as needed
- maintain times on chicken and sides
- ensure cabinets are stocked with fresh products
- discard food waste properly
- follow all company standards and procedures in order preparation
- maintain cleanliness in kitchen and store areas
- wash dishes during slow periods
- heat up or prep side dishes for current and next day
