Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous culinary experience is required
  • Ability to work full-time schedule including weekends
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Must follow company policies and safety protocols
  • Willingness to participate in safety meetings and training
  • Reliable transportation to the Costa Mesa location
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • Serves meals or prepares for delivery ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and attractiveness
  • Uses established ticket collection procedures during service
  • Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
  • Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat and ensures proper storage of food and supplies
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment safely
  • Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies
  • Reports maintenance issues and attends safety meetings
  • Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers
  • Performs duties following all safety and hygiene standards including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant footwear
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Ensures food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures meet standards
  • Demonstrates personal commitment to safety.
