Job Requirements
- Food Handlers Card (applicable states such as California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- Previous experience working all stations on a fast-paced line
- Ability to stay organized and maintain cleanliness
- Commitment to safety procedures and proper use of PPE
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 to 5 years of line cooking experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic English communication skills required, Spanish a plus
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
Job Duties
- Set up and stock assigned cooking stations
- Cook and present dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes
- Ensure use of fresh high-quality ingredients
- Follow food safety procedures and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Operate and maintain cooking equipment properly
- Communicate with kitchen and service team
- Uphold safety and use proper personal protective equipment
