Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum of three years restaurant or senior living or equivalent cooking experience
- ability to work full-time with open availability including breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and operational organization at all times
- adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards consistently
- produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional and dietary criteria as required by regulations
- accurately prepare diets per policy and procedure
- exhibit speed, accuracy and efficiency in cooking standards
- demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production
- assist with serving of meals and ware washing when necessary
- visit residents periodically to evaluate food service quality, quantity, temperature and appearance
- represent the community warmly to create a positive marketing environment
- support business decisions and employee engagement to drive top-line revenue and occupancy
