Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of previous experience in food preparation preferred
- or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred

Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming and delicious culinary experience for residents
- ensure cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- monitor and record temperatures in refrigerators and freezers
- delegate tasks to the Prep Cooks and Dietary Aides
- report any issues or problems that may arise to the Dietary Manager
- comply with state and federal sanitation standards and all other applicable health care and safety standards
- promote and exemplify the Priority Life Care mission and values at all times
