Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with Oakmont Management Group health and safety protocols including vaccination and use of personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Ability to execute dishes flawlessly in a timely manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to seasonal menus
- Ensure timely and flawless execution of dishes
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Interact and build personal connections with residents and guests
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development
