- minimum 1 year of commercial cooking experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

- assist the Dining Services Director in team building and training
- develop and maintain personal relationships with residents and staff
- ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
