Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 health and safety protocols as required by Oakmont Management Group

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary experience in a full scratch kitchen
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep cook experience
  • Strong cooking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and food service
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field

Job Duties

  • Prepare breakfast dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with residents and staff
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and improve menu items
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
