Job Duties
- prepare and portion a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events
- read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
- operate grill station and prepare food for a la carte service
- attend scheduled shifts on time with reliability
- maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- reduce food waste through proper preparation and portion control
- perform additional duties as assigned based on client requirements and business needs
