Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 to 2 years of related cooking experience beneficial

  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • adaptability to different shifts and tasks
  • commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties

  • prepare and portion a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events
  • read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
  • operate grill station and prepare food for a la carte service
  • attend scheduled shifts on time with reliability
  • maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • reduce food waste through proper preparation and portion control
  • perform additional duties as assigned based on client requirements and business needs
