Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year relevant work experience
  • ability to maintain food safety and sanitation
  • basic knowledge of cooking methods
  • ability to follow production schedules and standardized recipes
  • good communication skills
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties

Job Duties

  • Maintains and insures food safety
  • maintains safe work environment
  • uses approved cooking methods to prepare quality foods for patients and retail to achieve customer satisfaction
  • follows assigned production schedules and standardized recipes
  • maintains sanitation and safety of work area
  • replenishes food supplies as needed
  • adheres to FDA and USDA regulations
