  • ability to follow recipe instructions accurately
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical capability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • preparing dishes following recipe instructions
  • plating and garnishing dishes before they are served
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation
  • collaborating with culinary team to ensure timely food preparation
  • adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • assisting with inventory management
  • supporting other kitchen staff as needed
