Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift

  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the preparation of food items
  • Work in specific kitchen stations such as Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill, Make Up, and Kitchen Prep
  • Maintain cleanliness and equipment upkeep in the kitchen
  • Work collaboratively as a team to meet food preparation and delivery standards
  • Prepare food according to safety protocols, recipe specifications, and quality standards
  • Restock kitchen and cook line as necessary
  • Promote food safety, sanitation, and job safety standards
  • Support multiple restaurant areas as needed
  • Demonstrate teamwork and cooperation
