Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Adapt duties according to client requirements and business necessities
- Reduce food waste through effective food preparation practices
