Job Description
The 92 Force Support Squadron, located within Alder House at Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington, is seeking to fill a Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) position that plays a critical role in supporting the daily food service operations at the facility. Job Requirements
- Open to all applicants
- experience in methods and procedures of food preparation
- ability to work safely
- physical ability to stand and walk continuously and lift up to 40 pounds unassisted
- no education substitution allowed
- proof of eligibility required by closing date
- must provide valid documentation for foreign education equivalency if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation and presentation in grill, snack bar, restaurant, or similar food activity
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- knowledge of food service equipment operation and cleaning
- understanding of various food characteristics
- ability to season food appropriately
