Job Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education
- Knowledge of State and Federal food-handling regulations including food service operations strongly desired
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language for communication with all customers
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Physical capability to perform kitchen duties
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively
- Experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious, and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal food-handling regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to provide a high-quality dining experience
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
